In-Person sessions are available in our Ashland, Va office from 8am-3pm on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Virtual sessions are offered Monday – Friday from 8am-3pm.

Rates & Insurance:

Rates: Self-pay and some insurance accepted at this time; please consult with therapist or your insurance company about your specific plan.

In-Network with:

Anthem, Aetna, UHC-Optum and Cigna

Cash, check and credit cards (processed on client portal) accepted

Fees:

Initial Assessment Session: $150
Individual Session: $135
Couples or Family Session: $150

Please note the cancellation policy.  If you know that you are unable to make the appointment, please call and cancel by no later than the one hour prior to your session.  If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us no later than the one hour prior to session, you will be required to pay $50.
